HELL’N HEELS

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

By enrolling in a HELL’N HEELS membership or purchasing a class pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

MEMBERSHIP & BILLING AUTHORIZATION

The member (or legal guardian) authorizes HELL’N HEELS to automatically charge the provided credit/debit card or bank account on a recurring monthly basis for membership dues.

Payments will be processed on the same date each month (or the nearest business day). This authorization will remain in effect until the membership is canceled in accordance with the terms below.

FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

If a payment is declined or unsuccessful:

• HELL’N HEELS reserves the right to reprocess the payment using the same method on file

• Access to classes and membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully completed

• Continued failure to resolve payment may result in account cancellation and/or additional action if necessary

CLASS PASSES & CREDITS

• All class passes and credits are non-transferable

• Passes must be used within 30 days of purchase

• Unused classes will expire after the 30-day period

• No refunds, extensions, or rollovers will be granted unless otherwise stated

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Memberships may be canceled under the following conditions:

• Relocation outside of the service area

• Medical condition preventing participation 

• Other circumstances at the discretion of HELL’N HEELS

To cancel, members must submit a written request prior to their next billing cycle. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.

STUDIO POLICIES

• Members are expected to arrive on time and prepared for class

• Proper attire, including appropriate heels, is required when applicable

• HELL’N HEELS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow studio guidelines or creates a disruptive environment

LIABILITY WAIVER

By participating in classes, events, or activities hosted by HELL’N HEELS, you acknowledge that dance and physical activity involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release HELL’N HEELS, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages.

AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By enrolling in a membership or purchasing a class pass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all HELL’N HEELS policies, terms, and conditions outlined above.
